Shipping Policy (Muyaan)

Thank you for shopping with Muyaan. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully before placing an order.
1) Processing Time (Order Preparation)
- Standard processing time: 3–7 business days
- Some items may be made-to-order or require additional preparation time. If a product requires extra processing, this will be noted on the product page.
- Processing time is separate from shipping/transit time.
2) Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to many countries worldwide, including the United States, Canada, most European countries, and Australia.
If your country is not available at checkout, it means we currently do not ship to that destination.
3) Estimated Shipping Time (Transit Time)
Estimated delivery times begin after processing is complete:
- United States: 7–18 business days
- Canada: 8–20 business days
- Europe (most countries): 8–20 business days
- Australia / New Zealand: 10–22 business days
- Other international destinations: 10–25 business days
These are estimates and may vary due to customs, carrier delays, weather, holidays, or local delivery constraints.
4) Tracking Information
- Tracking is provided for most shipments.
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order ships.
- Tracking may take 24–72 hours to update after shipment.
5) Shipping From Overseas / Multiple Packages
- Many items ship from international/overseas fulfillment locations.
- If you order multiple items, they may ship separately and arrive in different packages.
6) Customs, Duties & Taxes
- International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your country.
- These fees are not included in product prices or shipping costs and are the customer’s responsibility.
7) Address Accuracy & Changes
- Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate (including apartment/unit number).
- If you need to change your address, contact us as soon as possible at support@muyaan.co.
- Address changes are not guaranteed once an order has been processed or shipped.
8) Undeliverable / Returned to Sender / Refused Packages
If a package is returned to us (or to the carrier) due to:
- incorrect/incomplete address,
- failure to pick up from a pickup point,
- refusal of delivery,
- unpaid customs/import fees,
we can offer (depending on the situation):
- Reshipment (additional shipping fees may apply), or
- Refund (shipping fees may be non-refundable, where applicable).
9) Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
- If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate your package, please check with household members, neighbors, or your local carrier.
- If your package appears lost in transit or significantly delayed, contact us at support@muyaan.co and we will assist with an investigation.
- If your item arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of:
- the item,
- the packaging,
- and the shipping label.
